Yes you can interchange ECU's the fact that one car is a 2+2 swapped and the other an original TT does not make a difference (as long as the TT Z you are putting the ECU on has the same mods) the program is the same, you will probably need an aftermarket Boost Controller on the nartural TT due to the fact that the 2+2 ECU does not have a connector/pin for the factory boost controller. Another thing to keep in mind is if the natural TT its an OBD II or OBD I, if its an OBD II you will not be able to run the 2+2 ECU on it (assuming the 2+2 is a 90-95 model)
